We accept the most common credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard).

 

You can also opt for payment by bank transfer or cash if you are located in the same country and would like to come to pick up your order.

How do I know the status of my order?

Please note that you must create an account in order to be able to track your order online.

 

If you are ordering as a guest, you will need to contact us for the status of your order.

 

Regardless of the delivery method selected, Legend Model Cars will inform you of the progress of your order by e-mail.

 

After confirming your order, the carrier will give you an estimated delivery date.

 

You will then receive a tracking number allowing you to track your package on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible to find out if this is possible.

 

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it can be changed once validated.

 

Orders that have already been prepared cannot be canceled or modified.

 

You will be able to return your order according to the terms of the Legend Model Cars online return policy.

What are the delivery times and costs?

The shipping conditions depend on your shipping address.

 

The estimated delivery time and costs will be indicated when the billing address is entered.

Please be aware that processing time for your order depends on the time it takes for your online payment to be processed and verified.

Only once this takes place, can we proceed with the preparation, verification and expedition of your order.

Certain countries will require customs, taxes and other financial obligations for the order to be cleared.

For comprehensive insurance purposes and in order to protect the client as well as our company from damage and/or theft of your order, the full value of your order is always declared.

SUCH FEES ARE AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT PLACING THE ORDER.

How to exchange and return my order?

If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must contact us within 30 days. We will email you a return number which should be noted on the return form that you will receive.

 

After receipt of the return number, you have 30 days to return or exchange your new order, in perfect condition, and provided with protective elements, labels and stickers and with the original packaging that was sent to you.

Please return your item using the prepaid shipping label that we will send to you.

We strongly recommend that you write down the tracking number for your return on the label.

The returned order will undergo a mandatory quality check before we can send you the replacement order.

What are the return conditions?

- Only orders purchased via the e-Boutique can be returned or exchanged via the e-Boutique.

- Orders that have been modified cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Legend Model Cars will not accept returns if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, has been damaged or is not in its original condition.

How long does the refund take?

All orders returned via our e-Boutique must undergo a mandatory quality check before your refund can be approved.

 

Depending on the payment method used, the refund to the account used for the transfer or linked to your credit card may take up to 10 working days.
