3.1 Orders and Payment

3.1.1 We accept the most common credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard).

3.1.2 You can also opt for payment by bank transfer or cash if you are located in the same country and would like to come to pick up your order.

3.2 How do I know the status of my order?

3.2.1 Please note that you must create an account in order to be able to track your order online.

3.2.2 If you are ordering as a guest, you will need to contact us for the status of your order.

​

3.2.3 Regardless of the delivery method selected, Legend Model Cars will inform you of the progress of your order by e-mail.

​​

3.2.4 After confirming your order, the carrier will give you an estimated delivery date.

​​

3.2.5 You will then receive a tracking number allowing you to track your package on the carrier's website.

​​

3.2.6 If a client places an order offline with Legend Model Cars, the client agrees to pay for such an order once it is ready respecting our payment timeline request.

3.2.7 This order will never be considered as being complete and finalised until it is paid for in full.

​​

3.2.8 This order will never be shipped to the client until the above conditions have been satisfied.

​​

3.2.9 Failure to pay for this order within the seven day grace period and as the result of failure to respect our terms and conditions will result in an automatic cancellation of the order.

3.3 Any disputes from the client resulting in the failure and/or refusal to pay for the above-mentioned order within the seven day grace period as well as a refusal to respect our terms and conditions will result in an automatic cancellation of the order.

3.3.1 As a result of the above, any deposits that have been paid for the above-mentioned order will not be reimbursed.

​

3.3.2 Any unlawful and/or unethical request by the client regarding any orders that have been reserved and/or placed will also result in an automatic cancellation of the order, as well as a termination to the relationship between the client and Legend Model Cars.

3.4 Can I change or cancel my order?

3.4.1 If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible to find out if this is possible.

3.4.2 We will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed once validated.

​

3.4.3 Orders that have already been manufactured, prepared and made ready for shipment by our suppliers and partners to us cannot be canceled or modified.

​

3.4.4 Due to the above, full and complete payment to the order by the client will need to take place.

3.5 Can I order by phone?

3.6 What are the delivery times and costs?

3.6.1 The shipping conditions depend on your shipping address.

3.6.2 The estimated delivery time and costs will be indicated when the billing address is entered.

​​

3.6.3 Please be aware that processing time for your order depends on the time it takes for your online payment to be processed and verified.

3.6.4 Only once this takes place, can we proceed with the preparation, verification and expedition of your order.

​​

3.6.5 Certain countries will require customs, taxes and other financial obligations for the order to be cleared and to be expedited to your indicated address and location.

3.6.6 For comprehensive insurance purposes and in order to protect the client as well as our company from damage and/or theft of your order, the full value of your order is always declared.

3.6.7 SUCH FEES ARE AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT PLACING THE ORDER.
