TERMS & CONDITIONS

Scope

All goods and services of Legend Model Cars provided in the fulfilment of job orders that the customer has not assigned in relation with his commercial or freelance vocational activity are subject to these terms and conditions. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express written agreement of Legend Model Cars; this also applies for any waiving of the requirement for written form.

Contractual Provisions

The illustration of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.  By clicking the button marked "Confirm Order" you conduct a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.  Confirmation of receipt of your order is undertaken together with acceptance of the order, directly after sending, via automated e-mail.  The contract of sale comes into effect with this e-mail confirmation.

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions via e-mail. You may view the Terms and Conditions at our shop at any time under Terms and Conditions. For security reasons your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.

The contractual language is English and French.

Guarantee

The guarantee is provided in accordance with the statutory conditions, whereby, in the event of a defect, we may initially make replacement delivery or rectify the order depending on your choice. If the rectification fails or the goods delivered as a replacement are also defective, then you may return the goods in exchange for reimbursement of the full purchase price or retain the goods with a reduction in the purchase price. Please see the product documentation for information regarding possible manufacturer guarantees.

Place Of Jurisdiction

In the case of contracts with businesspeople, legal entities under public law or public/legal special assets the registered office of the vendor is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from the business relationship, including bill of exchange and cheque matters.
