2.1 Delivery to Countries
2.1.1 Whenever possible, we offer worldwide delivery. Please select your country of delivery upon ordering to view our online offer.
2.1.2 In addition to offering worldwide delivery, we exclusively ship your order with the highest options for insurance, coverage and protection.
2.1.3 The cost of shipping to any destination in which you are located, reflects this full insurance coverage, liability insurance in case of loss and/or damage caused by the courier.
2.1.4 For every order and whenever applicable to the corresponding country, the declared customs value represents the full price paid by you for your order. This serves as a protection for you as the customer, and for us in case of theft and/or damage of your order.
2.2 Following Your Order
2.2.1 For ever order, you can follow the progress of your order online through the tracking information provided to you for any order that you have placed.
2.3 Pre-Delivery
2.3.1 All products ordered through our website are brand new, free of any damage and have never been used nor modified from their original packaging.
2.3.2 Before packaging, a complete dossier is created for every model to be shipped, including photographs of the model, the display, the display cover as well as the packaging to represent the perfect and immaculate condition of the package to be shipped.
2.3.3 This dossier is stored in our database in case of damage caused during/after transit, or in case of any damage that has occurred upon arrival to the customer, to serve as proof that the model was free of any damage and/or defect prior to leaving us and prior to shipping.
2.3.4 All products that you have purchased are carefully packaged, prepared and fully protected for shipping to your indicated address.
2.4 Delivery
2.4.1 Upon delivery, it is strongly recommended for you to open and examine the contents of the package immediately.
2.4.2 All packages that are shipped are completely free of damage/defects, and are packaged in such a way to fully protect the contents from movement and/or deterioration.
2.5 Post-Delivery
2.5.1 Any damage and/or deterioration caused during/after transit by the courier never holds us responsibility for any financial compensation.
2.5.2 Any damage and/or deterioration caused during/after transit by the courier never obliges us to offer such financial compensation to the client.
2.5.3 Any damage and/or deterioration caused during/after transit, or in case of a misplacement of the package by the courier will be treated by us in the most appropriate fashion.
2.5.4 Any damage to the contents of your shipment must be declared to us up to a limit of 5 business days.
2.5.5 Any damage to the contents of your shipment that are not declared within this limit removes our responsibility to attempt to resolve the issue as well as to attempt to provide any repairs for any damage.
2.5.6 For any damage to the contents of your shipment that have been declared within the specified period, all repairs are covered by the permanent warranty offered to all products from our boutique.
2.5.7 For any damage to the contents of your shipment that have been declared within the specified period, all shipping costs (return to us and shipping back to the client) are at the responsibility of the client.
2.5.8 For any damage to the contents of your shipment that have been declared within the specified period, photographic proof of such damage will always be requested by us.
2.6 Return of Damaged Goods
2.6.1 For any damage to the contents of your shipment that have been declared within the specified period, such shipments may be returned to us with all shipping costs to be incurred by the client (return to us and shipping back to the client).
2.6.2 In the case of a return, the shipment needs to be packaged once again in the original packaging in the same way that it was packaged upon arrival to you with all of the protection provided within the shipment. In the case of new and additional damage caused during the return as a result of not complying with these guidelines, we are no longer responsible for any additional costs to be incurred by us. For any additional damage that has been highlighted to the client, all additional costs will be incurred by the client.
2.6.3 Any pieces that have been broken off from the product as a result to damage incurred during/after shipping should all be removed and carefully wrapped in a plastic bag accompanying the product. In the case of new and additional damage caused during the return as a result of not complying with these guidelines, we are no longer responsible for any additional costs to be incurred by us. For any additional damage that has been highlighted to the client, all additional costs will be incurred by the client.
2.6.4 Any products that are damaged after delivery and during ownership by the client, these products may be sent back for repairs by the manufacturer. All shipping (return to us and shipping back to the client) and any repair costs will be indicated and are at the responsibility of the client.
2.6.5 For products that meet these guidelines and that are returned to us for repairs, please be advised that the manufacturer does not place a time estimate for the repairs to be undertaken. The client will be kept informed as to the progress of these repairs, as to the receipt of the repaired product as well as to the expedition of the repaired product back to the client's specified shipping address.
