Whenever possible, we offer worldwide delivery. Please select your country of delivery upon ordering to view our online offer.

In addition to offering worldwide delivery, we exclusively ship your order with the highest options for insurance, coverage and protection.

The cost of shipping to any destination in which you are located, reflects this full insurance coverage, liability insurance in case of loss or damage caused by the courier.

For ever order, you can follow the progress of your order online through the tracking information provided to you for any order that you have placed.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return number which should be noted on the return form that we will send to you.

After receipt of the return number, you have 30 days to return or exchange your order, in perfect condition, and provided with protective elements, labels and stickers, as well in the original packaging that was sent to you.

 

Please return your item using the prepaid shipping label that you will receive. We strongly recommend that you write down the tracking number for your return on the label.

Exchange and Return Conditions

Only orders purchased via the e-Boutique can be returned or exchanged via the e-Boutique.

 

Orders that have been engraved, embossed or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Legend Model cars will not accept returns if the item shows signs of wear, has been damaged or has been used, or is not in its original condition.

Delivery

All products ordered through our website are brand new and have never been used, opened nor modified from their original packaging.

All products that you have purchased are carefully packaged, prepared and protected for shipping to your indicated address.

Upon delivery, it is strongly recommended for you to open and examine the contents of the package.

Any damage to the contents of your shipment must be declared to us up to a limit of 5 days.

Any damage to the contents of your shipment that are not declared within this limit removes our responsibility to resolve the issue as well as to repair any damage.

In the case that we resolve the issue as well as to repair any damage, all costs will be incurred by us.

Return of Damaged Goods

Any products that present signs of damage will be returned to us within the respected deadline outlined above.

Failure to notify us within the deadline no longer holds us responsible for repairs nor reimbursements.

In the case of a return, the product needs to be packaged in the original packaging in the same way that it was packaged upon arrival to you.  In the case of additional damage during the return as a result of not complying with these guidelines, we are no longer responsible for any repairs nor reimbursements.

Any pieces that are broken from the product should all be removed and carefully wrapped in a plastic bag accompanying the product.  In the case of additional damage during the return as a result of not complying with these guidelines, we are no longer responsible for any repairs nor reimbursements.

Any products that are damaged after delivery and during ownership by the client, these products may be sent back for repairs by the manufacturer.  Shipping costs will be indicated and are at the responsibility of the client.

For products that meet these guidelines and that are returned to us for repairs, please be advised that the manufacturer does not place a time estimate for the repairs to be done.  The client will be kept informed as to the progress of these repairs, as to the receipt of the repaired product as well as the expedition of the repaired product back to the client's specified shipping address.
